The Enrollment Advisor guides prospective students from first inquiry through program start. You will qualify leads, host consultations, manage a simple CRM pipeline, and ensure every step is ethical, accurate, and compliant.
• Respond quickly to inquiries by phone text email and chat and book appointments
• Run needs based consultations that explain program outcomes schedules costs externship expectations and next steps
• Host virtual info sessions and campus tours and support community outreach
• Own the CRM stages log every touch and forecast upcoming starts
• Guide applicants through requirements such as transcripts IDs immunizations background checks and introductions to financial aid where applicable
• Coordinate with Student Services Career Services and Academics to set expectations and support persistence
• Uphold ethical admissions and all school and regulatory policies
• Strong contact and show rates with steady application completion
• Reliable enrollment conversion and start rate
• Accurate and timely CRM notes and reporting
• High candidate satisfaction and clear transparent guidance
• One or more years in admissions enrollment call center sales staffing or customer success
• Confident phone presence strong listening and clear writing
• Comfortable with CRMs texting platforms Zoom or Google Meet and basic spreadsheets
• Organized self directed and accountable to goals in a part time schedule
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Hourly base and per enrollment commission
• Flexible part time schedule with needed Arizona or Mountain time overlap
• Training scripts objection handling library and warm leads from the website and marketing
