Email Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Bonuses Based on Results) hourly

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Email & Content Marketing Specialist to manage email campaigns, automated flows, WhatsApp messaging, and social media content for Jabees. You’ll use Klaviyo and Canva to create on-brand marketing content that engages our audience and drives results. Performance-based bonuses are available for content that generates measurable transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Build, optimize, and manage email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
2. Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with monthly promotions.
3. Create WhatsApp message templates and social media content.
4. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with Klaviyo and Canva.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating marketing content for email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Knowledge of Shopify, DTC customer behavior, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
