We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in outbound sales for digital or eCommerce agencies. If you’ve previously worked in a BDR role for any agency, and are highly skilled in prospecting using HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, we want to hear from you.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads for our eCommerce services.
- Identify, contact, and nurture potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build, manage, and optimize lead pipelines.
- Research and understand each prospect's eCommerce challenges to tailor your outreach effectively.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and contact records within our CRM.
- Help qualify leads and set meetings for the senior sales team.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in an eCommerce or digital agency setting (not SaaS/software).
- Strong understanding of outbound sales best practices and prospecting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident in outreach, follow-up, and objection handling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on consistency.
- Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Experience selling to DTC brands or online retailers.
