This role is not only a typical CSR position assisting customer support, but also requires technical experience, as you will handle enquiries and troubleshooting. This is strictly an eCommerce role, specifically in Shopify. Knowledge in SEO, SaaS, and AI is also required to move forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries via chat/email (non-voice)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Assist with Shopify/eCommerce orders
  • Guide users on SaaS tools
  • Support website updates & basic SEO tasks

Requirements:

  • Customer support/chat experience (non-voice preferred)
  • Shopify / eCommerce knowledge
  • Tech-savvy + troubleshooting skills
  • Bonus: SEO + SaaS experience
  • Stable internet & remote setup
