Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and social media
  • Handle order tracking, refunds, and returns professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist with product-related inquiries and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
