E-commerce Bookkeeper Needed: Xero + A2X Specialist full time

We are seeking a qualified and experienced bookkeeper in the Philippines to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping for our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, using Xero, A2X Accounting, and Dext.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other relevant financial records.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.

  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting.

  • Assist with purchasing activities, including forecasting and vendor management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar E-commerce accounting role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Xero, A2X Accounting, and Dext.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate.
