Founded in 2008, Achieve Test Prep empowers working adults to earn their degrees faster through credit-by-examination. As the most prominent educational consultant in this field, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead, inspire, and drive growth.

About the Role: As Director of Sales, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals
  • Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and expand client base
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure cohesive efforts
  • Regularly track and report on KPIs, forecasting performance and adjusting strategies as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success managing teams and consistently exceeding targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and drive results in the US market
