We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Specialist to join our growing international team.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Specialist to manage our digital presence across websites, social media platforms, and paid media campaigns.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in:
- Website coordination
- Social media management
- Paid digital advertising
- Performance marketing
- Campaign optimisation
- Working with external creative and development agencies
This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution to support both B2B and B2C growth initiatives globally.
Responsibilities
Website Management & Agency Coordination
- Manage and update company websites to ensure optimal user experience and content accuracy
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Develop and execute content calendars
- Coordinate visual and video content with creative partners
- Monitor engagement, growth, and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic platforms
- Optimise campaigns to improve:
- CTR
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Audience Targeting & Analytics
- Build audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C campaigns
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Manage tracking using:
- GA4
- GTM
- Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external agencies
- Support employer branding and agency lead generation initiatives
- Assist with digital strategy inputs for new business pitches
- Coordinate with external design and development agencies
- Support SEO and website optimisation initiatives
- Monitor website performance and conversion effectiveness
Experience
Essential
- 4–8 years’ experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Experience working with international brands or global markets
- Agency background preferred
- Strong experience managing social media platforms
Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- YouTube Ads
Knowledge of:
- GA4
- GTM
- SEO basics
- Attribution models
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
