We’re on the lookout for a Digital Media Buyer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

As our company continues to grow, we recognize the increasing importance of strategic digital advertising in reaching our target audiences effectively. To enhance our online presence and drive business growth, we are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and more. This role is pivotal in ensuring our advertising efforts are data-driven and aligned with our business objectives.

Day in the Life of a Digital Media Buyer at GT Ecom

  • Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and others.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimize campaign budgets to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize data-driven strategies like first-party data, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and intent-based targeting to drive results.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and create regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • A/B Testing: Run continuous tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
  • Competitive Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad materials and landing pages.

  • Optimize Meta ads creation process to meet the expansion target 
  • Update Meta ads campaign structure with clear growth expansion strategy 
  • Run testing campaigns to optimize for ROAS and conversion rate

Your Team When You Join Us

As a Digital Media Buyer at our company, you'll play a key role in shaping our online advertising efforts. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, you'll collaborate with a supportive team to plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Your focus will be on managing budgets effectively, targeting audiences strategically, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best results. 

We would love to hear from you if…

  • Digital Media Buyer with over two years of experience, preferably in e-commerce, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads. Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, and/or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking for accurate attribution and performance tracking.
  • Creativity & Strategy: Ability to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to platform updates, algorithm changes, and evolving trends in digital advertising.
  • This role is perfect for a proactive, strategic thinker with a keen understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and data analysis.
