At Allied Assist Co., we’re looking for a highly capable VA who can combine digital marketing execution and coordination with executive/PA support. This is a hybrid role supporting leadership directly while also helping execute and coordinate paid ads, social media, and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic-minded and operationally reliable — someone who can manage ads, understand performance, and also keep leadership organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Support and manage Facebook/Meta Ads
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag insights
Assist with A/B testing, scaling, and optimization
Coordinate with internal team members on funnels, creatives, and follow-ups
Help manage social media posting and scheduling
Support blog publishing and content coordination
Provide simple, clear performance updates (actionable, not over-technical)
PA / Executive Support
Support executives with task management and follow-ups (ClickUp)
Help manage priorities, reminders, and recurring tasks
Assist with blogs, social posts, and admin-related coordination
Handle general VA/admin tasks as needed to support leadership flow
Act as a bridge between leadership and the marketing/technical team
Required Experience
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads
Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Ability to follow strategy and execute independently
Strong organization, task tracking, and communication skills
Comfortable juggling admin + marketing responsibilities
