About the Role 

We are looking for a SEM + SEO Specialist to drive paid campaign performance and organic search growth. This role is strategic — ideal for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and report results. 

Note: We prefer candidates who can do both SEM + SEO, but we will also consider applicants skilled in only Paid Ads (SEM) OR only SEO + Content

Key Responsibilities 

✅ SEM / Paid Ads

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Ads / Meta Ads (B2B lead generation) 
  • Keyword planning, audience targeting, bidding strategy, A/B testing 
  • Implement tracking via GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking 
  • Analyze and report performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) 

✅ SEO + Content Writing

  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO 
  • AEO (AI Engine Optimization) — optimization for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) 
  • Write SEO-focused content (landing pages, blog posts, meta content) 
  • Build content briefs and optimize existing pages for ranking improvements 
  • Link-building and authority growth 
  • Track performance via Search Console + SEO tools 

Must-Have Qualifications 

3+ years experience in SEM (Google Ads / Meta Ads) and/or SEO 

✅ Proven experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns 

✅ Strong strategic thinking — not just execution 

✅ Content writing experience (SEO-focused) 

✅ Skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, keyword research tools 

✅ Strong reporting, analytical skills, and communication 

✅ Team player, proactive, reliable
