Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic business focused on holistic health, natural medicine, and online education. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative, organizational, and technical skills, with a passion for learning and growth.
As a key member of our team, you will assist with a variety of tasks related to digital marketing, video editing, content creation, social media management, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with the business owner to implement effective marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and support various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video/Audio Editing: Create professional, high-quality videos and reels for social media and online course content.
- Social Media Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Schedule and post content to engage audiences.
- Copywriting & Proofreading: Write captivating social media captions, emails, and blog posts; proofread and edit for clarity and grammar.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for online content using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Email Marketing & Newsletters: Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and list building through GetResponse or other platforms.
- Admin Support: Provide support with client services, scheduling (Calendly), invoicing (Excel), and basic administrative tasks.
- Online Course Management: Assist with course building, webinars, landing pages, and blog posts. Basic SEO tasks.
- Media Pitching: Assist with pitching and landing guest spots on podcasts and publishing in media outlets.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with video and audio editing (samples required in portfolio).
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote, and WordPress.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., GetResponse, Mailchimp) and basic SEO practices.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Capable of working independently and proactively.
- Good credit score (as part of our company’s security measures).
- Reliable, with access to a high-speed internet connection.
- Preferably candidates from Kenya, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Screenshot & Productivity Tracker Required:
- You will be required to provide periodic screenshots of your work and use a productivity tracker (we will discuss specific tools during onboarding).
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours, but must be available to meet twice a week during Hawaii business hours (Pacific Time).
