CLEANEY is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise paid ads, SEO, and landing pages across two websites — one for commercial cleaning and one for residential cleaning.
The focus of this role is simple: generate consistent, high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
You will work directly with the business owners, contributing ideas and executing strategies. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what works and can apply it.
Google Ads (Primary Focus)
- Build, manage, and optimise high-performing search campaigns
- Advanced keyword strategy (match types, negatives, intent filtering)
- Improve CTR, Quality Score, and cost per conversion
- Ongoing optimisation and performance tracking
- Test and refine bidding strategies
Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns
- Test creatives, copy, and audiences
- Optimise for cost per lead and lead quality
- Manage tracking (Meta Pixel, events, conversions)
Landing Pages (Very Important)
- Design and build high-converting landing pages (Duda or similar platforms)
- Structure pages for Google Ads performance (conversion-focused)
- Optimise layout, messaging, and CTA placement
- Ensure mobile and desktop responsiveness
- Continuously test and improve conversion rates
- Able to work within Duda or recommend and execute a migration if required
SEO (Website)
- On-page SEO for both commercial and residential service pages
- Keyword targeting and content optimisation
- Technical SEO improvements
- Backlink strategy and execution
- Improve rankings for competitive local service keywords
Google Business Profile (GMB SEO)
- Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles
- Improve local map rankings
- Posting strategy, review management, and citations
- Only experienced applicants with proven results will be considered
- Demonstrated success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GMB, and landing pages
- Strong track record of generating leads and lowering cost per lead
- Experience with commercial and/or residential cleaning businesses is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
- Ability to assess platforms and recommend improvements
- Data-driven and results-focused
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet and professional work setup
