Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing across multiple channels (such as SEO, email, paid media, and content marketing)
- Proven success managing campaigns end-to-end, from brief and planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
- Strong understanding of core web, SEO, and conversion principles, and how they influence channel performance
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables in a remote environment
- Comfortable working directly with clients to gather requirements, present strategies, and walk through results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear briefs and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and coordination for multi-channel campaigns across web, email, content, and paid media for assigned accounts
- Translate client goals and insights into clear briefs for creative, development, and analytics teams
- Oversee timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects launch on time and at high quality
- Review performance data with analytics and channel specialists to recommend ongoing optimizations
- Facilitate regular client check-ins, providing strategy updates, performance narratives, and next-step proposals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives and Brixx Media’s capabilities
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, playbooks, and best practices for integrated digital marketing
