We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer & Podcast Expert with 3–4 years of experience in full-scale digital marketing, brand growth, podcast production, and audience development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in email marketing, social media management, content editing, brand scaling, and marketing strategy execution.
This role requires someone who understands how to grow a business through strategic digital campaigns, engaging content, podcast marketing, and data-driven marketing systems.
- Develop and execute full-scale digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience growth, leads, and sales
- Manage and grow social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automation flows, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences
- Edit, produce, publish, and promote podcast audio/video content including reels, shorts, and promotional materials
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, audience insights, and analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Support business scaling and brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, content marketing, and customer acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency, manage multiple marketing projects, and ensure timely campaign execution
- Edit podcast audio/video content for high-quality production
- Manage podcast publishing, distribution, and promotion
- Create podcast clips, shorts, and promotional assets for social media
- Optimize podcast SEO, titles, descriptions, and audience growth strategies
- Coordinate podcast branding and content strategy
