Job Summary:
The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing and paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This role requires expertise in campaign automation, CRM management, and data-driven performance optimization. You will oversee the full campaign lifecycle from setup to execution and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize ActiveCampaign (or a similar CRM) for automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Develop and schedule targeted email campaigns to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and campaign optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and audience segments to improve campaign results and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Research and implement SEO strategies to support paid campaigns and improve organic visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in digital campaign management, including email marketing (uploading, designing, and sending) and paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
- Solid knowledge of audience segmentation, lead nurturing strategies, and CRM management.
- Ability to develop and optimize email templates using HTML/CSS for better design and performance.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and data analysis for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Ability to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing or lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
- Basic knowledge of SEO strategies and website optimization for organic performance.
