We are looking for a Ads Specialist to manage and optimise multi-platform paid advertising campaigns for E-Commerce brands and B2B clients. If you have a data-driven mindset, expertise in digital advertising, and a passion for maximizing ROAS and conversions, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across:
-Google Ads
-YouTube Ads
-Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-LinkedIn Ads
-Pinterest Ads
-Amazon Ads
-TikTok Ads
Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive growth for E-Commerce and B2B clients.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to optimize ad performance.
A/B test ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, AI-based bidding strategies, and automation.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing multi-platform ad campaigns for E-Commerce & B2B clients.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with attribution modeling, bid strategy optimization, and performance forecasting.
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other E-Commerce platforms is a plus.
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken).
