Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on paid media across Google (Search/YouTube/PMAX/Display), plus Meta/LinkedIn
- Proven ownership of $500k+ annual budgets with CAC/ROAS targets
- Deep GA4/GTM proficiency (events, conversions, enhanced measurement) and attribution basics
- Experimentation mindset (A/B and multivariate testing, creative and landing pages)
- Strong quantitative chops (Sheets/Excel; SQL a plus) and clear client communication
- Able to work async and overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time
Key Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy, planning, and execution across Google, YouTube, and paid social
- Build account structures, audiences, and creative testing plans; enforce negative KW strategy
- Implement conversion tracking, offline imports, and data quality checks in GA4/GTM
- Forecast and manage budgets; optimize bids/bid strategies to ROAS and CPA goals
- Report on funnel KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) with actionable next steps
- Partner with Design/Content on creative briefs and landing-page experiments
