Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on paid media across Google (Search/YouTube/PMAX/Display), plus Meta/LinkedIn
  • Proven ownership of $500k+ annual budgets with CAC/ROAS targets
  • Deep GA4/GTM proficiency (events, conversions, enhanced measurement) and attribution basics
  • Experimentation mindset (A/B and multivariate testing, creative and landing pages)
  • Strong quantitative chops (Sheets/Excel; SQL a plus) and clear client communication
  • Able to work async and overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy, planning, and execution across Google, YouTube, and paid social
  • Build account structures, audiences, and creative testing plans; enforce negative KW strategy
  • Implement conversion tracking, offline imports, and data quality checks in GA4/GTM
  • Forecast and manage budgets; optimize bids/bid strategies to ROAS and CPA goals
  • Report on funnel KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) with actionable next steps
  • Partner with Design/Content on creative briefs and landing-page experiments
