WE'RE HIRING: Dental Case Intake Specialist (Licensed Dentist Required)

Snap Dental Labs is a fast-growing, tech-enabled full-service dental laboratory serving hundreds of clinics across the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in crowns, bridges, implants, orthodontics, nightguards, and more with fast turnaround times and high production standards.
We are looking for a Dental Case Intake Specialist (DDS/DMD required) to act as the clinical gatekeeper for incoming dental cases before they move into production.
Schedule:
• 4–5 hours per day
• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
• Part-time to start, with a clear transition to full-time (40+ hours/week) as case volume grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review digital dental impressions (3Shape, iTero, Medit)
• Verify Rx prescriptions and case details
• Classify case types and assign correct product codes
• Route cases accurately to production teams
• Maintain strict documentation and quality control
Requirements:
• DDS / DMD degree (or international equivalent)
• Active or previously active dental license
• Strong knowledge of crowns and bridges
• Ability to evaluate digital scans independently
• Fluent English communication
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Exocad experience is a strong plus.
Compensation:
• $7 - $9/hour
