The Role:
Data Entry - Contract Processer is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely auditing, validation, and processing of customer sales contracts into Salesforce.
This role works closely with the Sales Support team to ensure all submitted contracts are reviewed for completeness, compliance, and accuracy prior to system entry.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting revenue recognition timelines, and ensuring operational efficiency through high-volume contract processing with precision and speed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contract Processing & System Management
• Audit incoming sales contracts to ensure all required information, documentation, and approvals are complete
• Process validated contracts into Salesforce accurately and within required timeframes
• Update contract records with amendments, notes, or status changes where required
• Ensure contract data aligns with approved sales information, pricing structures, and customer details
Liaison & Coordination
• Work closely with the Sales Support team to clarify missing information or discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales teams to resolve contract issues or obtain supporting documentation
• Provide updates on contract processing status to relevant stakeholders
Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Conduct routine contract audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and processing standards
• Identify missing documentation, inconsistencies, or errors prior to system entry
• Escalate complex issues to the Offshore Finance Manager or relevant team lead
Data Organisation
• Maintain organised digital records of processed contracts for audit readiness
• Assist with Salesforce data clean-up where required
• Identify duplicate or outdated records in line with retention procedures
Adherence to Procedures
• Follow all company policies relating to contract processing, confidentiality, and data security
• Meet daily and weekly processing targets
• Ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and internal frameworks
• Offshore Finance Manager – task allocation and escalation support
• Sales Support Team – primary collaboration for contract auditing and processing
• Sales Teams – clarification of contract details and documentation
• IT / Systems Support – Salesforce troubleshooting where required
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Experience: Previous experience in contract processing, sales administration, data entry, or a similar operational support role is highly desirable
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regarded.

This role is remote and will be performed 3 PM - 7 PM Friday; 10 AM - 6 PM Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM - 1 PM Mondays
Also note the role will be paid $6-7 AUD p/h (Based on experience and at the discretion of the hiring manager) due to being and Australian based buinsess.
