In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with structured surveys, collecting feedback, and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems. Your work will contribute to helping clients make informed decisions that improve their services and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete structured customer surveys based on provided guidelines
  • Review and submit accurate customer feedback responses
  • Record information clearly and ensure data is properly entered into assigned platforms
  • Follow company procedures, instructions, and data confidentiality standards
  • Meet assigned deadlines and maintain quality expectations
