We are pleased to offer you the position of Remote Customer Support Specialist, provided that you reside in the United States and are fluent in American English.
Brief Overview of the Process:
We offer a flexible schedule. If a client requests a phone call, we will coordinate a convenient date and time with both you and the client.
Prior to each call, we will provide you with a call script, including answers to frequently asked questions. After the call, you will be required to provide us with a transcript of the conversation. If you are unable to reach the client on the first attempt, you should leave a voicemail message (a template will be provided).
Handling incoming calls is not required — all calls are outbound and conducted according to the script. However, you will need to monitor any incoming calls or voicemail messages from clients and share that information with us so that we can prepare the script for the next conversation.
To make calls, you will use the Quo phone system app. All expenses related to account setup and phone service will be reimbursed by our company. We will also provide detailed instructions for setting up your phone number, as well as an audio recording for the phone greeting.
Compensation:
$10 per completed phone call conducted according to the script, including answering frequently asked questions and handling voicemail messages. Payments are made on a bi-weekly basis under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
