The remote customer success manager will ensure client satisfaction and long-term success by managing relationships with Paydex customers. You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and help maximize the value of our platform. This role leverages tools like Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and Slack to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor customer health and engagement
- Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Experience in SaaS or fintech preferred
