Firepoint Inc. is a Canadian fire safety consulting firm serving commercial, industrial, and institutional property owners across Ontario and beyond. We produce Fire Safety Plans, code compliance reports, and safety products for buildings of all sizes.

We are hiring a remote Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries, nurture leads, and drive outbound sales activity.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails from property managers, building owners, contractors, and fire departments
  • Respond to inquiries about Firepoint's services (Fire Safety Plans, inspections, compliance consulting, safety products)
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or site visits with the project team
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients — property management companies, construction firms, condo boards, and institutional facility managers
  • Maintain accurate records in Firepoint's ERP system (customer profiles, contact history, project notes, follow-up tasks)
  • Track your own pipeline: leads contacted, quotes requested, deals closed
  • Assist with quoting by gathering site information (building type, square footage, number of floors, fire department jurisdiction)
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and invoices
  • Provide professional, courteous service that reflects Firepoint's reputation as a trusted safety partner

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English — native-level fluency required. You will be speaking with Canadian property managers and business owners daily. Accent is fine; grammar, vocabulary, and professionalism must be flawless
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing sales or service role (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls and following a structured sales process
  • Strong organizational skills — ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ active contacts without dropping balls
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace for phone calls
  • Minimum 6 hours overlap with Eastern Time (9 AM - 5 PM ET)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar — we use a custom ERP)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in construction, property management, fire protection, or building services
  • Familiarity with Canadian business culture and communication norms
  • Experience with consultative selling (not just transactional sales)
  • Bilingual English/French or English/Portuguese

About the Role:

  • Remote, contract position (30-40 hours/week)
