Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on Instagram in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns effectively
Engage with customers to build positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice on Instagram
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
