We specialize in street-level advertising, where we place paper posters, leaflets, and advertisements on buildings, construction sites, and barricades. DesignBlay® holds permits for each campaign and operates in major urban markets worldwide, including cities like New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more in the United States.

Job offer

You will be responding to customer inquiries and helping solve any issues they face with our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on Instagram in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns effectively

  • Engage with customers to build positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice on Instagram

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
