Looking for a part-time to full-time customer service representative to complete the following (basic training will be provided):
- Answer phone for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Customers
- Schedule customers in CRM (we work in Service Fusion and Hubspot)
- Email customer and internal team for updates on customers
- Familiar to reading maps for scheduling jobs
Who are we looking for:
- Speaks english very well
- Trainable (you will need to learn air conditioning and plumbing)
- Willing to work Monday - Friday between 8:30p-7a CST; weekend shift is available to earn extra hours
- Problem solver
