We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based driving school helping thousands of students each year become licensed, confident drivers. Our Customer Support Team is at the heart of our business—guiding prospective students, assisting current learners, and ensuring everyone has a smooth, successful journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Student Support

– Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat from students.

– Answer questions clearly about courses, pricing, scheduling, and policies.

Scheduling Management

– Book, reschedule, and cancel lessons and road tests.

– Update students on appointments, car rentals, and required documents.

Lead Outreach

– Promptly return missed calls and voicemails.

– Follow up with prospective students who requested information.

Ticket Handling

– Manage support tickets within expected timelines.

– Log notes after every customer interaction for team visibility.

Soft Sales

– Recommend lesson bundles and upgrades based on customer needs.

– Help convert interested leads into happy, paying students.

TOOLS YOU’LL USE

  • Cloud-based phone & chat software
  • CRM and help-desk ticketing system
  • Online scheduling platform
  • Productivity & internal messaging tools
  • Webcam (required while on shift per company policy)

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

  • Full-time (40+ hours/week)
  • Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time, including 1 weekend day
  • $5 USD/hour, paid weekly, plus monthly bonuses
  • Long-term role with consistent hours and opportunity to grow

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
  • Fluent spoken and written English (neutral, professional tone)
  • Strong soft-sales skills and a consultative approach
  • Fast, reliable computer with high-speed internet and a quiet work setup
  • Excellent multitasking ability (CRM, tabs, notes, calls all at once)

BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED (MANDATORY)

All shortlisted candidates must submit criminal clearance documentation prior to hire:

  • Philippines-based VAs: NBI Clearance or Police Clearance
  • Must also submit valid government-issued ID for identity verification
  • Clearance must be renewed annually

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in appointment-based service businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
