WHAT YOU’LL DO
Student Support
– Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat from students.
– Answer questions clearly about courses, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
Scheduling Management
– Book, reschedule, and cancel lessons and road tests.
– Update students on appointments, car rentals, and required documents.
Lead Outreach
– Promptly return missed calls and voicemails.
– Follow up with prospective students who requested information.
Ticket Handling
– Manage support tickets within expected timelines.
– Log notes after every customer interaction for team visibility.
Soft Sales
– Recommend lesson bundles and upgrades based on customer needs.
– Help convert interested leads into happy, paying students.
