Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries

Scheduling appointments for service calls and installations

Providing information about our services and pricing

Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
