**Job Overview: **
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Part-Time Non-Voice Customer Service Representative who will primarily provide chat and email support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This role also requires basic administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. While the primary focus is on non-voice responsibilities, the role includes backup voice support when needed, requiring comfort with occasional inbound and outbound calls. This is a remote position aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) and requires weekend and holiday availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via chat and email
- Maintain accurate data entry by following internal processes and procedures
- Process customer and account documentation
- Monitor and analyze real-time event data and respond accordingly
- Process orders and update client records
- Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all platforms
- Perform micro-tasks related to customer support operations
- Serve as a backup for voice support (inbound/outbound calls) when needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications: **
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Dropbox)
- Ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies quickly
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven, accountable, and open to feedback
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Willing to start part-time training ASAP
- Available to work weekends and holidays on a Central Standard Time (CST) schedule
