Job Description:

BlueSky Connections periodically offers revolving opportunities for Remote Customer Service Agents to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. These positions are available in customer service, sales, and technical support. Depending on the role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling sales inquiries, and offering technical assistance as needed. We believe in giving everyone a chance, so no resume or interview is required. All agents will undergo thorough training to ensure they are equipped with the skills necessary for success in their chosen area.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred, but not required

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is beneficial but not required

  • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

  • Must pass a background check

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Salary Range:

  • Pay ranges from $10 to $22 per hourĀ

Equipment:
