We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a 1099 contractor, you will work remotely and provide exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Assist customers in navigating our website or online platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timeframes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
