We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a 1099 contractor, you will work remotely and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

  • Assist customers in navigating our website or online platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timeframes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.

  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.

  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
