Customer Service Rep full time

Exclusively for Davao Philippines Residence.

Looking for a full-time customer service representative to complete the following (basic training will be provided):

  • Answer phone for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Customers
  • Schedule customers in CRM (we work in Service Fusion and Hubspot)
  • Email customer and internal team for updates on customers
  • Familiar to reading maps for scheduling jobs

Who are we looking for:

  • Speaks English very well
  • Trainable (you will need to learn air conditioning and plumbing)
  • Willing to work Monday - Friday between 8a-5a CST (eventually 4p-midnight CST); the weekend shift is available to earn extra hours
  • Problem solver

In the future, we are looking to build an office in Davao. This job will start as a virtual-only job and transition to a hybrid job (a few days virtual and a few days in the office).
