We’re looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Virtual Assistant based in Egypt, Latin America, or anywhere close to the U.S. time zone—preferably EST or a nearby time zone—to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. You will reply to email customer inquiries and handle order processing tasks under the supervision of our Tech & Operations VA and our Head of Operations.

You will be joining a small, growing company with a flexible, relaxed working environment, and we hope you will stay with us long-term (2-3 years if desired!). Please include at the top of your application the gas that comprises most of the Sun by mass.

You would handle customer service for the following brands: https://www.vikingwarriorshirts.com/, https://www.pirateclothingstore.com/, and https://renaissancewardrobe.com/. Additional brands may be added in the future.

Responsibilities
- Respond to email customer support inquiries in English
- Process and follow up on orders using Shopify, DSers, Printify, and AliExpress (before 8 am EST)
- Communicate with suppliers via email if needed (for tracking, replacements, etc.)
- Escalate complex cases to the Tech & Ops VA or Head of Ops
- Maintain internal records and updates via Google Sheets

Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Passion for the eCommerce industry
- Bonus if you are available for more hours as we grow
- Must be based in a location aligned with Eastern Standard Time (e.g., Latin America)
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Work Hours
This is a part-time role:
- Slow season (November - April): Up to 10 hours a week
- High season (May-October): Up to 20 hours a week
- Flexible schedule, but you must be available during EST or within a nearby time zone to ensure alignment with our U.S.-based customers.
- Minimum of 5 days per week (option to work 6 or 7 days if you prefer)
- Hours may increase up to 40 hours a week by the end of next year, depending on business needs (as we build more stores).
- You will track your time using the free version of Clockify
For a fun, quick task (about 15 minutes):
