We run Codequiry.com, a specialized platform for code plagiarism detection and AI code analysis. We are also actively developing and scaling our own automated customer support platform.
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and career-driven Customer Support Agent to start at 1–2 hours per day handling daily tickets, with a clear trajectory to take on significantly more hours and responsibility as our ecosystem expands.
- Handle Daily Tickets: Primary focus on managing refund requests, cancellation inquiries, billing questions, and general user support.
- Master the Platform: Deeply understand Codequiry’s capabilities and policies to provide accurate, high-quality responses.
- De-escalate & Delight: Keep customer interactions professional, fair, empathetic, and direct.
- Growth & Feedback: Provide insights into common user friction points to help refine our support processes and in-house support tools.
- Extremely Reliable: You take ownership of your daily shift and show up consistently.
- Highly Motivated & Trainable: You want to learn how SaaS businesses operate from the ground up, not just clock in and out.
- Exceptional Written English: Clear, concise, and professional communication with great de-escalation skills.
- SaaS / Tech Curious: Comfortable navigating software platforms quickly and eager to grow into a larger role as our support operations scale.
- Hours: 1–2 hours per day to start (Flexible daily window / consistent shift).
- Location: Remote.
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Opportunity: High potential for expanded hours, performance raises, and team leadership as our platform footprint grows.
Please include a short introduction along with answers to these 3 quick questions:
- Scenario: A customer demands an immediate full refund, but their account activity falls outside our standard refund policy window. How do you respond?
- Growth: What specifically draws you to this role beyond the starting hours?
- Availability: What daily time window works best for your 1–2 hours, and how do you maintain consistency?
