We’re looking for Customer Retention Specialists in the Philippines to join our growing team! If you’re persuasive, people-focused, and results-driven—we want to hear from you.

🕘 Working Hours:

Full-time | 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Philippine Time)

40+ hours/week

💰 Rate:

$6/hour

📍 Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers via email, outbound calls, and telemarketing. Your primary goal is to retain clients, re-engage inactive leads, and build strong long-term relationships through strategic communication.

📞 Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold calls and follow-ups to clients and past customers
  • Manage email campaigns to retain and win back customers
  • Analyze reasons for churn and build strategies to improve retention
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
  • Collaborate with our sales and support teams to improve outreach

📌 Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Organized and goal-oriented
  • Must be available to work night shift (PH time)
