We are seeking a warm, articulate, and proactive Customer Outreach Specialist. You will connect with past customers and help build our online reputation through authentic reviews and testimonials. Attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and strong communication skills are essential!
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people over the phone and understands the value of SEO in growing businesses. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys conversations and has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact past customers via phone to request honest feedback and reviews. All leads will be provided
- Build rapport quickly and create positive, memorable interactions
- Guide customers through the review process
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and results
- Meet monthly review collection targets
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of phone and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully
- Responsibility and high emotional intelligence
- To be comfortable talking on the phone all day
- To be prepared to work remotely in the USA timezone
- Advanced or Fluent English
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
