Looking for a Customer.io specialist to create the campaign, optimise deliverability, build a prospect list based on ICPs, customize campaigns, add personalization and A/B testing, set up LinkedIn outreach triggers, and test new hooks and angles.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on and proven experience with Customer.io best practices and a strong understanding of email deliverability, sequencing, and personalization techniques.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Automation
●Build, automate, and manage multichannel lead generation workflows (email, LinkedIn,
forms).
●Implement AI-assisted prospecting using Customer.io, Apollo, Lemlist, Snov.io with
CRM automations
● Design and execute cold outreach sequences with integrated follow-ups.
Tools & Skills:
HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Customer.io, Apollo, Lemlist, Zapier, PhantomBuster, Make (Integromat), ChatGPT, Google Workspace (Sheets automation).
2. Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management
●Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Business Manager campaigns.
●Manage targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation with precision.
●Set up and maintain tracking systems to measure campaign ROI.

3. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
● Implement and maintain data tracking infrastructure for all acquisition channels.
● Use analytics to monitor performance, detect trends, and inform decision-making.
●Build custom dashboards for real-time insights.

KPIs:
