At Eli Z Group, we’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Customer Happiness Agent to join our team part-time. If you love helping people, solving problems, and creating delightful experiences through written communication, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with customers primarily via email and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), delivering helpful, timely, and professional responses.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, or product/service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Act as a positive brand voice, ensuring all interactions reflect our company values.
- Monitor online channels and escalate relevant feedback or recurring issues to the team.
- Collaborate with our remote team to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, community management, or online support is a must.
- Language: Fluent German is required. Proficiency in English is also important.
- Skills: Excellent writing skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
- Personality: A calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach. You enjoy creating positive customer moments.
