We’re now focused on building the internal systems that power how we sell, recruit, and operate.
We’re looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our systems across sales and recruiting and help us research, recommend, build, and optimize the systems that drive our operations.
This is not a basic admin role.
This is a systems-building role with real ownership and impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Tech Stack Research and Recommendation
Take ownership of evaluating and recommending the right CRM and sales tools for our business
Compare options based on cost, scalability, integrations, and usability
Present clear recommendations with reasoning (not just tool lists)
Help us avoid overcomplicating or overpaying for tools
Build and Structure Systems
Set up and manage CRM workflows for outbound sales (lead to call to meeting to deal)
Organize and optimize our ATS in Manatal (candidate to screened to shortlisted to hired)
Design clean pipelines, stages, and data structures
Automation and Workflows
Build automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Automate lead routing, follow-ups, task creation, and notifications
Reduce manual work and improve team efficiency
Integrations
Connect CRM, ATS, communication tools, and scheduling systems
Ensure data flows cleanly across platforms
Troubleshoot and improve system performance
Reporting
Ongoing Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in workflows
Improve systems over time
Help onboard new team members into clean processes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
Experience with CRM systems and workflow setup
Experience with an ATS or recruiting system
Strong experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend tools independently
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Clear English communication
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting outbound sales teams
Experience in recruiting or staffing environments
Experience using AI tools to build or improve systems
Familiarity with tools like Lovable or Claude Code
Basic understanding of APIs or integrations
