We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency focused on YouTube. We work with premium brands and creators you would recognize across tech, gaming, and entertainment, and we have a real track record of closed deals.
We want one person to run our creator side: the relationships, and the deals that come from them. You would work alongside the founders and help build a new part of the business.
Expect the role to change. We move fast and test a lot, so your focus and targets will shift as we learn what works. If that sounds fun rather than stressful, you will fit in well here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and manage relationships with creators
- Find, pitch, and negotiate brand deals for them
- Own a roster of creators and keep them busy and well looked after
- Use our AI tools and tech stack to move fast
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of work experience. This should not be your first job.
- A reliable executor who gets things done without being chased
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with tech and quick to learn. You use AI tools every day and pick up new ones fast. We train you on ours.
- Strong at communication, relationships, and negotiation
- Happy to take on calls and happy owning targets
BONUS POINTS
- Experience in the creator economy, talent management, or an agency
- A feel for YouTube and how brand deals work
- Experience with US, UK, Canada, or Australia and New Zealand clients
