The Challenge

We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to manage our creative team, improve team efficiency, and enhance the overall creative output. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in creative tools, and the ability to leverage AI-driven solutions to optimize the workflow.

Day in the Life of a Creative Lead at GT Ecom

• Lead the creative team, optimize workflow, and enhance both individual and team efficiency;

• Collaborate closely with media buy, product, and supply chain teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals;

• Manage creative projects efficiently, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery;

• Proficiently use graphic design and video editing tools to produce high-quality creative templates;

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve content production and workflow efficiency;

• (Preferred) Have connections with creative agencies to bring in additional resources.

Success Drivers in the first 90 days for this Role

  • Quantify the creative team's productivity with clear task segmentations
  • Identify ways or tools to improve the creative team's productivity
  • Design and map out a clear, creative design SOP for requesting teams

As the Creative Lead, you will report directly to Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing a dynamic creative team dedicated to producing high-quality content that aligns with our business objectives. Your responsibilities include optimizing workflows, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring timely, top-tier project delivery. Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools is essential for elevating our content production. Additionally, leveraging your connections with creative agencies will bring valuable resources to our team.

We would love to hear from you if ...

  • 5+ years of experience in the creative industry;
  • 1+ years of experience managing creative teams, with strong leadership and execution skills;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and data-driven content optimization;
  • Has big brands or e-commerce platform's marketing experience as a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Solid experience in visual design, video editing, and multimedia content creation
