We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director to define and elevate the visual identity, creative direction, and overall content quality for all our models. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, leading content production, and collaborating closely with editors, social media managers, and chatters. You will be the key creative partner for our creators, ensuring every piece of content aligns with their persona and overall brand strategy.
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and content strategies for each model.
- Work directly with models to plan photoshoots, video concepts, and visual direction.
- Create and deliver creative briefs for editors, designers, and photographers.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style frameworks.
- Review and approve all content before publishing (quality and consistency checks).
- Ensure content meets best practices for OnlyFans, F2F, KNKY, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with SMM and Chatter teams to align creative work with marketing goals.
- Monitor content performance and adjust creative direction as needed.
- Stay up to date with trends across niches, social platforms, and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong background in creative direction and content production.
- Experience working with models, creators, or talent.
- Skilled in planning shoots, themes, moodboards, and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content quality standards.
