We’re looking for a creative digital marketer who actually gets how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads.
You’ll be working closely with us on our brief and creative direction, then using cutting-edge AI tools to build multiple ad variations for different audiences.
This is not a “make one ad and disappear” job. If this project goes well, there’s real opportunity for ongoing work and future projects.
- Creating high-impact digital ads for different audiences and platforms
- Translating our brief and direction into distinct creative concepts
- Using AI tools creatively, including:
- Nano Banana
- Higgsfield
- Suno
- Eleven Labs
- Testing different styles, formats and hooks (visual, audio and video)
- Collaborating with us to refine and improve concepts quickly
- Proven creative experience in digital marketing or paid ads
- Strong creative instincts – you know what stops the scroll and why
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (or very strong willingness to experiment and push them)
- Ability to follow a brief without losing creative flair
- Comfortable working on an hourly rate
- Reliable, communicative and happy to iterate
