Creative Designer (Video + Graphic Design) full time

We’re a laid-back but high-performance digital marketing agency working with major Australian brands, supported by our growing team across Cebu and the Philippines. We’re currently looking for a skilled and passionate Creative Designer (Video + Graphic Design) to produce cutting-edge, scroll-stopping creatives across paid social, organic content, and brand campaigns.

About the Role

This is a high-energy role where creativity meets performance. You’ll be creating content designed not just to look good, but to capture attention and drive results.

You’ll be working on campaigns for some of the biggest brands in Australia, producing content that performs across modern digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing and graphic design skills
• Familiarity with trends on TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Ability to replicate and adapt high-performing creatives
• A performance-first mindset (not just “pretty design”)
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to stay ahead of trends

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging video and graphic creatives for paid and organic campaigns
• Develop scroll-stopping content for social media platforms
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-performing ad creatives
• Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance insights and trends
