Rate: $5.50 - $6.00 /hour

Working Hours | Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST / 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Creative Assistant to join our remote team. This role is best suited for a graphic designer at heart—someone who thrives in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva and can bring marketing concepts to life with engaging, visually stunning content.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Proven background in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva 
  • HubSpot experience, especially in handling marketing campaigns and visual content uploads 
  • Skilled in creating multimedia content across platforms (email, blog banners, video thumbnails, reels, etc.) 
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful, able to juggle multiple platforms with ease 
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and extremely detail-oriented 
  • Proactive, professional communicator with excellent English skills 
  • A team player who is always learning, growing, and improving their craft 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Graphics & Visual Design 

  • Design eye-catching promotional materials for events, including brochures, digital ads, and graphics 
  • Build reusable, brand-consistent templates for flyers, coupons, social media posts, presentations, and more 
  • Create visual content for press releases, infographics, and communication materials 
  • Collaborate with the team to source images, logos, statistics, and content to be used in creative outputs 
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to every creative task 

HubSpot Management 

  • Support the launch and creative content needs of HubSpot campaigns 
  • Assist in pulling reports and tracking visual campaign performance 

Customer Service & Client Collaboration 

  • Support client communications through well-designed and visually appealing email replies and digital touchpoints 
  • Maintain consistent branding across all design outputs and ensure timely delivery of creative assets 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and meet deadlines
