Primary Responsibilities
- Research and contact corporate housing companies, relocation agencies, insurance housing providers, hospitals, staffing agencies, universities, construction companies, and employers.
- Make outbound calls to organizations that may need furnished accommodations for employees or clients.
- Generate qualified leads for stays of 30 days or longer.
- Conduct email outreach and follow up with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate potential bookings.
- Maintain a lead database and track outreach results.
- Market our furnished one-bedroom Austin apartment, targeting monthly bookings of $3,200 or more.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create and manage listings on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, CHBO, and similar platforms.
- Assist with Wix website creation, updates, and domain setup.
- Create and manage business social media profiles.
- Develop marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Research potential corporate clients and marketing opportunities.
- Provide regular progress reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven cold-calling and outbound sales experience.
- Experience with lead generation and appointment setting.
- Comfortable calling U.S.-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Website development and social media experience preferred.
Compensation
$5 per hour, with Hours will be assigned based on business priorities.
