Requirements:
- Track record coaching remote or distributed teams in startup, studio, product, or technology settings.
- Strong facilitation skills for one-on-one coaching, manager development, and small-group workshops.
- Ability to turn organizational friction into practical, low-overhead coaching interventions.
- Comfort working across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams with strong discretion.
- Credibility with founders, managers, and senior individual contributors.
Responsibilities:
- Coach managers and team leads on communication, decision-making, accountability, and role clarity.
- Facilitate lightweight leadership and team effectiveness frameworks for remote collaboration.
- Support healthier feedback habits, meeting quality, and operating discipline across the studio.
- Identify recurring organizational friction and recommend practical changes that improve execution.
- Help strengthen a sustainable performance culture as the team grows.
