Are you a highly motivated creative professional with a strong eye for aesthetic, storytelling, and
social-first content? Bell Acquisitions — a fast-growing, women-led real estate investment company — is
looking for a Content Creator + Video Editor to bring our brand to life across short-form reels, long-form
YouTube, and branded social content.
This role is built for someone who lives on social media, understands the difference between content that
performs and content that flops, and can translate a CEO's lifestyle, travel, real estate portfolio, and
investor education into scroll-stopping, share-worthy creative — with a polished, girly aesthetic that still
feels premium.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video Editing — Short Form
→ Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts (30 sec – 3 min) across personal branding, real estate,
education, and travel content
→ Apply trending sounds, GIFs, text overlays, and transitions that match each content pillar's vibe
→ Maintain a consistent aesthetic that feels elevated, feminine, and brand-aligned across all platforms
→ Deliver scroll-stopping hooks, strong pacing, and emotionally engaging storytelling in every cut
Video Editing — Long Form
→ Edit YouTube vlogs (10–30+ min) across travel, real estate portfolio updates, investor education, and
lifestyle content
→ Handle color grading, B-roll sequencing, lower thirds, and chapter pacing for longer-form narrative flow
→ Incorporate brand graphics, intro/outro sequences, and on-screen callouts to reinforce Bell Acquisitions

Social Content Creation
→ Design aesthetic, high-converting carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn across all content pillars
→ Use GIFs, motion elements, trendy visual formats, and storytelling structure to drive engagement and
saves
→ Create content that spans pillars: Journey to $100M, Real Estate Education, Travel + Lifestyle, Investor
Intelligence, Legacy Builders
Pitch Deck Revisions
→ Revise and refresh pitch decks on an as-needed basis — clean layouts, brand-consistent design, and
polished presentation→ Not a primary responsibility, but a welcomed skill for the right candidate
YOU'RE A FIT IF...
◆ You can naturally pick up a brand's aesthetic and run with it — no hand-holding required
◆ You understand what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in 2026
◆ You stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and visual storytelling styles without being asked
◆ You can switch gears between a luxury travel vlog and a real estate education reel seamlessly
◆ You have experience editing for a personal brand or CEO-style content creator
◆ You're self-motivated, deadline-driven, and communicate proactively
◆ You're comfortable working remotely and managing a content queue across multiple brands
TOOLS + SKILLS
◆ Video editing: CapCut (required), Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (preferred)
◆ Design: Canva (required), Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (a plus)
◆ Strong sense of aesthetic — can identify what looks polished vs. amateur
◆ Experience with GIF integration, motion text, and trending audio selection
◆ Bonus: familiarity with real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship content niches
REQUIREMENTS
◆ Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Content Creator
◆ Portfolio or reel showcasing short-form and long-form video editing work
◆ Examples of social media carousels or branded content design
◆ Strong attention to detail — typos and off-brand visuals are a dealbreaker
◆ Ability to meet turnaround timelines and handle feedback professionally
