Hindi Content Annotation Specialist reviewing short-form video content to feed AI systems for content integrity and trust/safety purposes.

Salary: $32-$40 USD per hour
Location Requirement: US-based (Remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
Review Hindi-language video and produce detailed evaluations in English
Identify problematic content including implied meaning, coded language, cultural subtext, and suggestive framing
Assess viewer emotional and sensitivity impact
Apply structured rating frameworks for content appropriateness
Research unfamiliar references (slang, memes, regional context)
Triage content failing review criteria
Requirements:
Native or fluent Hindi speaker with deep understanding of Hindi internet culture
Professional writing in both Hindi and English
Strong analytical skills to capture implied meanings
Ability to evaluate sensitive content objectively
Familiarity with short-form social media video formats
Reliable internet connection
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Content annotation/moderation experience preferred
Comfort with mature/graphic content daily exposure
Detail-oriented focus on literal and underlying intent
Recognition of how cultural context changes meaning
Strong written communication independent of source material
Content Warning: Role involves regular exposure to harmful, disturbing content including violence and explicit language. Signed waiver required.
DURATION
Contract, ongoing with potential for extension based on performance. Approximately 20 hours per week.
COMPENSATION
$36 per hour (hourly contract).
