We are seeking a Senior Short-Form Growth Strategist to lead client-facing content strategy, viral architecture planning, and performance-driven short-form execution.
This role is responsible for engineering scalable content systems, writing high-performance hooks and scripts, managing onboarding and weekly client calls, and driving measurable audience growth.
This is not a junior content role.
This is a strategic, client-facing growth position.
Strategic Architecture & Planning
● Lead client onboarding calls and extract positioning, differentiation, and content angles
● Build 90–180 day structured content roadmaps
● Develop scalable content pillar architecture
● Engineer hook libraries and retention frameworks
● Create structured testing plans for format and angle iteration
● Identify performance bottlenecks and pivot strategy accordingly
Client Management & Leadership
● Run weekly strategy calls with clients
● Present performance reports and strategic adjustments confidently
● Handle client objections or dissatisfaction professionally
● Maintain strong communication cadence and relationship quality
● Ensure clients feel guided, confident, and strategically supported
Performance & Optimization
● Analyze watch time, retention curves, CTR, and engagement metrics
● Identify scalable content patterns
● Propose iteration frameworks to increase output performance
● Translate data into clear strategic next steps
● Proven experience working directly with clients (agency, consulting, or in-house brand experience)
● Demonstrated success generating short-form content with 1M+ views (must provide examples)
● Experience building structured content roadmaps
● Experience leading onboarding calls and weekly client meetings
● Strong understanding of virality mechanics and retention psychology
● Ability to write viral hooks and structured scripts consistently
● Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands
● Exceptional verbal communication skills
● Strong executive presence and authority on calls
● Structured thinker with organized workflow habits
● Strong analytical ability with performance metrics
● Mastery of short-form platform mechanics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X)
● Ability to operate independently without constant supervision
● Clients feel confident, guided, and strategically supported
● Clear content architecture is built within first 2–3 weeks
● Scripts and hooks consistently improve performance over time
● Weekly calls are structured, data-backed, and decisive
● Content strategy evolves based on performance signals
● Experience managing clipping campaigns or performance-based content reward systems
● Experience working with UGC creators or clipper networks
● Familiarity with structured payout systems and quality control workflows
● Ability to design or manage clipper onboarding, submission standards, and approval systems
● Experience optimizing clipping campaigns based on performance metrics
● Understanding of scaling creator ecosystems while maintaining quality control
Clipping campaign experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Strategic short-form growth expertise remains the primary requirement.
This role is for someone who understands both creative virality and structured growth systems.
